From an intimate story to a collective adventure.
Meditation and mindfulness appeared somewhat by chance during my childhood. Step by step, I found myself in India, studying yoga with masters whose simplicity and wisdom deeply influenced my practice.
Then came the moment when practicing alone was no longer enough. What I received in silence, in the breath, I could no longer keep to myself. Yoga had become more than a personal path: it called to be shared.
Today, each retreat is a meeting. With unfamiliar faces, unique stories, and yet the same need for space, listening, and returning to oneself. Together, we create bubbles outside of time where the inner adventure takes center stage.

If you wish to organize a yoga or wellness retreat, in France or abroad, I offer two types of support: either to participate as a yoga teacher at your event, or to design a tailor-made retreat for you and your audience — whether you are a teacher, practitioner, company, or individual.
The destinations are numerous: in nature near Paris, somewhere in France, Morocco, or even further afield… India, Sri Lanka, Bali, Nepal.
