1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the services offered by Sepideh Rituals, including:

• yoga classes;
• private or group classes;
• wellness workshops;
• yoga and meditation courses and programmes that may take place over several days, in France or abroad;
• teaching and guidance services related to yoga and wellbeing.

Any booking constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs.

2. Booking and Payment

Bookings may be made through the website, by email, or via a partner platform.

The booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit specified at the time of registration.

The remaining balance is payable according to the terms indicated at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise stated, prices relate exclusively to the services provided by Sepideh Rituals.

3. Yoga Courses and Programmes in France and Abroad

Sepideh Rituals exclusively provides yoga and wellbeing teaching and guidance services.

These services may be provided over several days and in different countries.

Participants are responsible for arranging and paying directly for their own transportation, accommodation, and other expenses related to their participation.

Where practical information concerning a location or local service providers is provided, it is for information purposes only and does not constitute a service sold by Sepideh Rituals.

4. Cancellation by the Participant

The cancellation and refund terms applicable to each service are specified at the time of booking.

Failure to attend or voluntary interruption of a service does not entitle the participant to a refund for the services not attended.

Where a service is provided on a specific date, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply under the regulations applicable to leisure activities provided on a specific date or during a specific period.

5. Cancellation or Changes by Sepideh Rituals

Sepideh Rituals may need to modify the schedule, teaching location, or certain elements of the programme where necessary for the proper delivery of the service.

If Sepideh Rituals cancels a service, the amounts paid for the cancelled service will be refunded, unless otherwise agreed with the participant.

Sepideh Rituals shall not be liable for expenses personally incurred by the participant with third parties, including transportation or accommodation costs.

6. Yoga Practice and Liability

Participants acknowledge that they take part in the activities at their own responsibility and agree to inform Sepideh Rituals of any relevant limitation or contraindication affecting their practice.

The teaching provided does not constitute medical treatment and does not replace the advice or care of a healthcare professional.

Participants are encouraged to adapt their practice to their own abilities and to stop in the event of pain, discomfort, or difficulty.

Sepideh Rituals shall not be liable for consequences arising from practice carried out contrary to the instructions provided or beyond the participant’s abilities.

7. Conduct During Classes

Each participant agrees to behave respectfully towards the teacher, other participants, and the venues where the services are provided.

In the event of behaviour that compromises safety or the proper conduct of the service, Sepideh Rituals may ask the participant to leave the class or programme.

In such circumstances, no refund shall be due where the exclusion results from conduct attributable to the participant.

8. Force Majeure

Sepideh Rituals shall not be liable where the performance of a service is prevented or made impossible by an event of force majeure as defined by law.

Such events may include, in particular, natural disasters, exceptional weather conditions, fires, epidemics, decisions by public authorities, or other events preventing the service from taking place.

In the event of force majeure, Sepideh Rituals will inform the participants concerned as soon as possible and will take such measures as the circumstances allow. The consequences for any amounts paid shall be determined in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

9. Insurance and External Services

Each participant remains free to take out any insurance they consider necessary, including insurance covering personal travel, accommodation, personal belongings, or cancellation.

Transportation, accommodation, and any other services outside the yoga teaching provided by Sepideh Rituals are booked and paid for directly by the participant with the relevant service providers.

10. Personal Data

Personal data provided when making a booking is used solely for managing registrations, payments, and the relationship with participants, as well as to comply with applicable legal obligations.

In accordance with applicable regulations, each participant has rights regarding their personal data, including rights of access, rectification, erasure and, where applicable, objection or restriction of processing.

11. Image Rights

Photographs or videos may be taken during certain services for communication purposes. The use of an identifiable participant’s image for communication purposes is subject to their prior consent where required.

Participants may refuse or withdraw their consent in accordance with the terms of the relevant form or authorisation.

12. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Any complaint should first be addressed to Sepideh Rituals by email at hello@sepidehrituals.fr in order to seek an amicable resolution.

Where the applicable legal conditions are met, consumers may also have access to the applicable consumer mediation service free of charge. These T&Cs are governed by French law. Where a dispute involves a consumer, the statutory rules governing jurisdiction shall apply.
