1. Object
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) govern the booking and participation conditions for services offered by Sepideh Rituals:
– yoga classes (group, semi-private, corporate),
– yoga retreats (in France and abroad),
– workshops, trainings, and courses.

By booking a service, the buyer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these GTCS in full.

2. Booking & payment
Booking:
Bookings are made via the website contact form, email, or partner platforms. Each booking is confirmed by email.

Payment:
– retreats: a non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your registration. The balance must be paid at least 30 days before departure, unless otherwise stated.
– classes and workshops in Paris: payment must be made at least 24 hours before the session.

Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.

3. Cancellation & refund
To confirm a retreat booking, a non-refundable deposit or guarantee is required. This deposit secures the spot, accommodation, and related services.

Cancellation by the buyer:
– The deposit is non-refundable.
– Cancellations less than 30 days before the retreat will not be refunded for the balance.
– No refunds are granted for personal, medical, or administrative reasons (visa issues, flight cancellation, etc.). It is strongly recommended to purchase travel insurance covering cancellations.

Cancellation by the provider:
If the retreat is cancelled by Sepideh Rituals (insufficient participants, logistical issues, etc.), all amounts paid will be fully refunded. No further compensation can be claimed (e.g., plane or train tickets).

If the buyer decides to shorten their stay or skip certain activities once the retreat has started, no refund (full or partial) will be granted for any reason, including personal dissatisfaction.

Refund requests made after the retreat ends, for any reason (dissatisfaction, change of mind, etc.), will be systematically denied.

Participants are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance covering cancellation, interruption, or changes to the stay.

The provider cannot be held liable for discomfort, dissatisfaction, or change of mind occurring during or after the retreat.

4. Insurance
Participants are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance covering cancellation, repatriation, health, and luggage before booking. This insurance is the participant’s responsibility.

5. Responsibilities
– Sepideh Rituals is not responsible for damages, loss, accidents, delays, or additional costs caused by circumstances beyond its control (natural disaster, strike, transport or health issues, etc.).
– Each participant is responsible for their physical condition and health and is advised to consult a healthcare professional before attending a retreat.
– The provider cannot be held liable for injuries or accidents during yoga sessions or offered activities.

6. Personal health commitment
The participant declares they are in good physical and mental health, fit to practice the activities offered (yoga, workshops, retreats). They acknowledge having informed Sepideh Rituals of any medical condition, physical limitation, or special situation that may affect participation. The participant assumes full responsibility for their health during the services and commits to consulting a healthcare professional if in doubt before participating. Sepideh Rituals cannot be held liable for accidents or complications linked to undisclosed health conditions.

7. Participation and respect for the group
The buyer agrees to respect rules of conduct during the retreat and ensure the smooth running of activities.

In case of disruptive behavior, disrespect towards other participants or the provider, repeated refusal to participate, or any behavior likely to disturb the group’s serenity, the provider reserves the right to immediately exclude the buyer from the retreat without refund or compensation.

This exclusion may be applied without prior notice to preserve group safety and well-being.

8. Program modification
The retreat program may be adapted (schedule, location, teachers, weather…) to ensure a smooth stay. These changes do not entitle participants to refunds or compensation.

9. Price revision
Sepideh Rituals reserves the right to revise published prices at any time, including after booking confirmation, in case of exceptional and uncontrollable circumstances such as:
– significant increase in transport costs (fuel price, additional taxes),
– substantial change in accommodation or included service rates,
– major currency fluctuations for retreats abroad,
– or any event directly affecting the retreat’s organization costs.

Participants will be informed as soon as possible. If the increase exceeds 10% of the initial total price, participants may:
– cancel with full refund of amounts paid (excluding non-refundable deposit), or
– accept the new price.

If no response is received within 7 days after notification, the new pricing is considered accepted.

10. Force majeure and exceptional modification of retreat location
In case of conflict, political instability, or any unforeseen situation (travel restrictions, border closures) directly affecting the planned retreat location, Sepideh Rituals reserves the right to modify the location or date.

Participants will be informed promptly and may choose between:
– full refund of amounts paid, or
– participation in another similar retreat or stay offered by Sepideh Rituals, in another country, at the same price and dates whenever possible.

Sepideh Rituals commits to providing an equivalent experience solution while considering external constraints beyond its control.

11. Subcontracting liability clause
Some services (accommodation, catering, local transport, treatments, etc.) may be provided by carefully selected third-party providers. Sepideh Rituals assumes no responsibility regarding the quality, safety, or availability of these third-party services and cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting.

12. Personal data
Your data is used solely to process your booking. It is neither sold nor shared. You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your data at any time by email.

13. Nature of services
Sepideh Rituals is a service provider specializing in yoga, wellness, workshops, and associated retreats.

Services offered do not include the sale of transport tickets (plane, train, bus) or “tourist packages” as defined by French law. Participants remain responsible for organizing their own transport.

Sepideh Rituals may offer accommodation as part of retreats but is neither a hotel operator nor a travel agency. Accommodation bookings are managed directly or via partners; Sepideh Rituals acts only as organizer of yoga-related activities.

14. Image rights
Before each retreat, Sepideh Rituals sends an online form to all participants including a section about image rights. Participants are free to accept or refuse the use of their image and must validate this form before the retreat starts.

Photos or videos may be taken during the stay for communication purposes (website, social media, promotional materials, etc.). Only participants who explicitly consent in the form may appear on these materials.

Sepideh Rituals respects everyone’s choice. Without form validation, no identifiable images of the participant will be used.

15. Applicable law
These GTCS are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent court will be that of Nanterre jurisdiction.
