THE DESTINATION >

Meet in Taroudant, just 45 minutes drive from Agadir, in the wild Souss Valley. Here, far from the tourist trails, you will discover the discreet charm of the city nicknamed “Little Marrakech.” While preserving the authentic and colorful character of its big sister, Taroudant offers a unique sense of calm, ideal for yoga practice and meditative dance.

We will be staying in the heart of the old city, the Taroudant medina, just steps away from artisan shops, traditional hammams, and colorful souks. Here, authenticity is felt on every corner: small local grocery stores, Moroccan pastries for just a few cents, open-air markets, and history-filled alleyways. A visit to a traditional hammam will offer a moment of purification and deep relaxation, rooted in Moroccan tradition.

Here, time seems to stand still. It feels like stepping into a 1930s Marrakech, far from tourist crowds, in a world where every detail invites contemplation, softness, and reconnection with oneself.

The welcoming and warm-hearted locals make this experience even more magical: you quickly feel at home, and you leave Taroudant with a heart full of unforgettable memories.

ACCOMODATION >

The villa I selected is one of my true favorites: an intimate and private place, decorated in soft sandy tones and light, where each participant enjoys her own suite. Between lush gardens, sun-drenched terraces, and a lagoon-style pool, you will be able to relax, soak up the sun, and contemplate the 360° panoramic view of the Atlas Mountains.

The main living area, centered around the pool, is a true earthly paradise, perfect for recharging, meditating, or simply savoring the present moment with a book or a nap. The garden is even home to small tortoises, quietly wandering around and adding a touch of natural serenity to the space.

I have already had the pleasure of hosting five retreats in this villa, and some participants return year after year. Over time, this place has become a bit like our second home, where everyone can truly feel at ease, in the heart of Morocco.

Over the years, the team has become like a real family, and we are welcomed like royalty. Shared meals around the large table are often among everyone’s favorite moments: generosity is felt just as much in the smiles as on the plates.

To gently end the evening, homemade cakes served after dinner add an extra touch of happiness, following a long day of relaxation.

THE WEATHER >

June is the perfect time to soak up the sunshine facing the Atlas Mountains, a true delight for the mind, as well as for the muscles and joints. In Taroudant, evenings settle into a pleasant coolness, ideal for recovering after a full day.

Once your trip is confirmed, I will send you all the necessary information to prepare your suitcase and travel light, so you can fully enjoy your retreat.

Gentle yoga, in the morning:

YOGA STYLE > 

This retreat in Morocco, in Taroudant, is open to all lovers of well-being.

☽ Gentle and energizing yoga – the practice is slow: we take time to settle into each posture and remain there for a while, while keeping an energizing quality to wake up feeling refreshed in the morning. Accessible to beginners, with more advanced options for regular practitioners.

We will practice together two complementary approaches to harmonize active energy and relaxation:

— Haṭha हठ, a pillar of traditional yoga (in the morning) & Gentle Flow : a practice that is both energizing and structured. It begins with sun salutations, a fluid sequence of postures (āsanas) that awakens the body like a conscious dance. This is followed by static postures, held for around ten breaths. In India, hatha is considered one of the most powerful forms of yoga, ideal for energizing the body and clarifying the mind.

ABOUT SEPIDEH, THE YOGA TEACHER > 

Sepideh discovered meditation as a child, and has continued to cultivate her fascination with the body and mind’s ability to connect. A yoga teacher for seven years, she trained in India in the Hatha and Ashtanga‑Vinyasa traditions, where she lived and studied under master yogis.

She guides practitioners of all levels with an approach rooted in simplicity and grounded in everyday life, combining postures, breath, and yogic philosophy, always attuned to each individual’s experience.

Today, based in India and traveling across Asia and the Middle East, Sepideh organizes retreats in timeless locations, on what she calls the “sacred lands” of the world. Places where time seems to stand still, and where experiences are felt more than seen.

DANCE STYLE >

In the evenings, the retreat transforms into a space for dance and celebration of femininity for 1.5 hours. Mareen, a German pole dance instructor and sexologist, will offer different workshops and classes each day to explore movement, sensuality, and body creativity.

These sessions are designed to help you let go, feel free, and reconnect with your body in a warm, supportive atmosphere full of sisterhood. Each woman can move at her own pace, experiment, and have fun, while sharing unique moments with the group.

ABOUT MAREEN, DANSE INSTRUCTOR >

Mareen is a professional pole dance instructor and sexologist (M.A.) with over ten years of teaching experience. After running her own studio in Germany for several years, she now travels the world (Europe, Sri Lanka, and soon Morocco) to lead workshops in pole dance, sensual movement, and sexology. Her passion: guiding women toward a deep connection with their bodies and helping them discover a joyful, fulfilling sexuality.

Mareen’s teaching style is based on kindness, inclusivity, and patience. She creates a space where everyone feels heard and supported, without pressure or judgment. Her pole dance and sensual movement classes are also an invitation to reconnect with your body, share with other women, and strengthen sisterhood—cultivating a more authentic relationship with yourself.

ARRIVAL IN TAROUDANT > JUNE 26TH

3:00 PM — Arrival & Check-in
Welcome to the retreat and settle into your suite. Free time to relax: take a stroll in the gardens, unwind by the pool, or simply admire the Atlas Mountains. A moment to slow down and soak in the serenity of the place.

6:00 PM Opening Circle
First gathering of the group and introduction to the retreat. A time to share your intentions, connect with the other participants, and collectively open the sacred space of this experience.

8:00 PM — Vegetarian Dinner
A healthy and delicious meal carefully prepared by our chef, using fresh, local ingredients. A taste of Moroccan cuisine in a wholesome, loving version.

EVERY DAY

7:30 AM — Ayurvedic Tea & Golden Silence
Start the day with a herbal tea made from local plants and a moment of silence and meditation. A pause to ground the mind and prepare for the morning practices.

8:00 AM — Morning Yoga (Hatha Flow, 1h30)
Gentle practice on an empty stomach, including pranayama (breathing exercises) and slow postures to awaken the body and senses. Practiced in the gardens or by the pool, you will experience the therapeutic vibrations of breath and the collective energy of the group.

10:00 AM — Hearty Brunch & Detox Juices
A nutritious, healthy, and colorful meal to share in a bright setting. Local fruits and vegetables, healthy snacks, and detox juices to nourish the body after practice.

Free Time / Exploration / Massages
The afternoon is yours to reconnect with yourself. Relax by the pool, wander through the colorful medina, discover local artisans, or enjoy a moment of relaxation in a traditional hammam. You can also explore the surroundings on foot or by bike, available for your convenience. Massages and treatments are also offered directly in the villa (upon request).

5:00 PM — Dance & Feminine Energy Workshop (1h30)
Each day, let yourself be guided by Mareen, pole dance instructor and sexologist, specializing in supporting women. Explore fluidity, sensuality, and the gentle strength of your body. A joyful and revitalizing way to close the day among women.

7:00 PM — Vegetarian Dinner
A delicious and balanced meal, lovingly prepared to nourish both body and senses. A chance to share your experiences from the day and enjoy the warm atmosphere of the villa.

DEPARTURE > JUNE 30TH

Morning – Breakfast & Departure
After breakfast, it will be time to say goodbye. Everyone can make their way to the airport for their flight. As the retreat concludes after breakfast, there is no program scheduled for this day.

The rooms :

The suites provide a cocoon of intimacy and comfort, each with its own private bathroom. Some feature a large double bed, while others offer two single beds to suit your needs.

Each suite is elegantly and authentically decorated, blending traditional Moroccan style with contemporary touches, highlighting local materials and refined finishes.

The terraces also offer a soothing view of the lush garden and lagoon-style pool—a true paradise.

Transportation :

Flights from Europe to Agadir (direct) typically range between €80 and €150 depending on the season—a great opportunity to travel at an affordable price. Ticket purchase is at the discretion of each participant.

Depending on your nationality, please check if a visa is required for Morocco. For French citizens, no visa is needed to enter Morocco.

The transfer from Agadir airport to Taroudant costs on average €30 to €40 for 1 to 4 people, which can be shared with other participants. These are reliable local drivers; we simply put you in contact with them. Prices reflect the local market, with no commission added by us.

 

How do I book ?

THE PRICE  >

Shared room: €980 per person (either two single beds or one double bed).

Single room: available on request (either in the villa, subject to availability, or in a nearby beautiful villa).

REGISTRATION & DEPOSIT > 

Step 1: Deposit

Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a €300 deposit, to be paid directly to Sepideh Rituals. This amount covers the organization of the retreat, yoga classes, and wellness activities. It does not include flights or transportation to the retreat location. Payment can be made in 3 installments at no extra cost if you wish.

Step 2: Confirmation

Once the minimum number of participants is reached, you will receive a confirmation email with all practical information and details for paying the balance.

Step 3: Balance
The remaining €680 is to be paid directly to the retreat venue for accommodation and associated services (by bank transfer or on-site).

Step 4: Flights and Visa
After your registration is confirmed, it will be the perfect time to prepare your trip and purchase your plane tickets.

Yoga classes with Sepideh throughout the stay, with variations adapted to each posture to allow everyone to progress at their own pace.

Classes are offered in English, and we can also translate in French/ German according to participants’ needs, ensuring optimal understanding.

Gourmet half-board, including main meals (very delicious brunches and dinners), as well as hot and cold drinks.

Activities included in the program, such as yoga, dance and workshops, along with a few surprises.
