I discovered "𝐛𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐤" with @anothertreeparis and I have to say I didn't know that blue latte are 100% natural and could be 𝐯𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐧. 

The color is made of the butterfly pea flower 🦋 

🍫🤤 AND! This latte tastes like veeeery smooth 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞.

I discovered this brand recently : the creator is my age, he lives in my town, works with small 𝐞𝐜𝐨 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐬 in Asia where his ancestors lives, sooo.. it's made with so much love.

🔹️Vegan milk (I used soy milk. Any brand)

🔹️Heat up your soy milk (max power)
🔹️Take it off from the stove

Only 3 minutes to relax your abdomen. Also perfect for menstruation pain : 

𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐬 : 

🔹️Massage with empty stomach 
🔹️Inhale + push your belly in & up. Slide crossed-hands under your digestive system.
🔹️ Exhale and go down. Relax
🔹️ Breath normally & feel the deep massage. Inhale belly grows, exhale release
🔹️ You may feel no discomfort. If so, go up and try again
🔹️ Keep the posture at least 3 minutes.
